Established in the year 1993, at Gurgaon, Haryana, we “Singhal Polytech Limited,” are engaged in manufacturing, supplying and exporting a wide range of garment fittings and accessories. Our range include zippers, buttons, buckles and accessories.
We are led by “Mr. Ankit Singhal,” who has extensive domain expertise enables us in manufacturing superior quality garment accessories. To support him, we also have an experienced team who helps us to design and develop the products as per the clients requirement.

Sampling Policy

To be at the pinnacle of the industry by offering our clients a defect free range, we have adopted the sampling policy. Under this policy, we send samples of the ordered products to our clients and once the samples are approved only then the bulk manufacturing is done. This process normally takes around three working days after the initiation process. After taking the feedback form the clients the necessary changes are incorporated and the manufacturing of the molds and tooling is taken up, which normally takes up five to six days time.

Manufacturing Facility

We have with us a well-equipped manufacturing facility, which helps us in production of various kinds of garment accessories. Featuring advanced technology like 2D or 3D CAD/CAM techniques and modern machines, the production facility is segregated into departments like research and development, manufacturing unit, product design unit, production floor, quality control department etc., which support the over all manufacturing process. Some of the machines, which we have installed in our manufacturing unit are:

Lathe machines
Drilling machines
Test and calibration machines
Cutting and shaping machines

All these facilities ensure the production of flawless range and as per the demands and choice of our clients.

Warehousing, Packaging & Timely Delivery

We have a spacious warehouse, which helps us in storing raw materials and finished products. This also help us in delivery of the consignments within the stipulated time frame.In addition, we also have a separate packaging unit for proper packing and labeling the buckles, buttons and others. The packaging is done using qualitative packaging material for both packing the single piece and the bulk consignment as well. Further, the single piece is packed in poly strips, packs and the consignment is packed in corrugated boxes. Apart from this, we are associated with reliable C&F agents, who ensure safe delivery for our consignment at the final destination within specified frame of time. Normally, it takes fifteen to twenty days to deliver the final product. During the delivery process the customers are fully informed of all developments and the status at our end mostly by e-mail or sometimes by phone.
